This is my post about me when I was baking ANZAC biscuits. I was making biscuits because on ANZAC day we can't go to ANZAC parades. I am remembering the soldiers that fought and died in the war.

I found the pouring part easy because I loved seeing it go in and I loved seeing the golden syrup pour slowly and slimy in.
I found the rolling part hard because I had to do heaps of them and there was a whole lot of mixture.
They tasted really good because they were still warm in the middle when we ate them.
